Our Vision

A Bible for everyone.

Our Mission

It is the task of the Bible Society of South Africa to provide affordable Bibles in 11 official languages of South Africa and in suitable formats so that all may experience the life-giving message of the Word.

More than 200 years of Bible work

The Bible Society of South Africa is a non-profit organization that exists to serve the Church and all South Africans. Several denominations are members of the Bible Society and form part of our management structure.

Our focus is on providing accessibility to affordable Bibles and biblical materials through translation, production, and distribution — all made possible by our fundraising projects.
